Songs Skipping on Apple Watch

My Question or Issue

I downloaded a playlist to my Apple Watch. When I click on the playlist, it proceeds to randomly skip through the playlist, and not play any of the songs. The only way around this is by tapping one of the songs, which seems to stop this erratic behavior.

Does this happen with downloaded playlists only or with standalone streaming as well?

Could you reinstall the app on the watch and re-pair the devices?

I had the same problem deleted the app from the iwatch and the  reinstalled problem over
