Songs don't sync anymore

HI,

I have plenty of storage left, and I have tried restarting both the app and my iPhone 6 but for the past few months new songs that I have added are not syncing to then be played offline, as well as some older songs (seemingly random). 

I have a Premium account and it's getting really frustrating.

Can anyone help please?!

Try to logging out/logging in, or reinstall the app.

If it doesn't work, you should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG), @SpotifyAyuda (ESP) or @SpotifyAjuda (PT).

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
