Songs keep skipping/pausing randomly

I’m having the same issue but on my iOS iPhone 8. I’m running the latest version of iOS and this usually happens when I come out of the app and minimize it or if I go to the Waze app.

Can you make sure you've tried all the troubleshooting we've suggested so far in this thread? If the issue persists after that, get back to us with the exact steps you're taking to recreate this as well as your iOS and Spotify versions.

As this happens mostly with Waze or when exiting the app, we think it's a slightly different issue.

Don't worry, we can better lend a hand here 🙂

If the issue persists, can you get back to us with your iOS and Spotify versions?  
Can you also head to https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/ and click 'Remove All'?

This will mean re-downloading your offline tunes, but we think it'll help to make sure this isn't a cache issue.

I found the solution to the issue, when you enable Wazes’ voice search it makes this happen while using Spotify connect. It seems to be a glitch.
