Songs won't play and skip through OR play for 10 seconds and then STOP

My music on my library or playlists won't play and just skip through (even when its downlaoded) Or it would play some songs but stop after 10 seconds. I have tried reinstalling and restarting my phone. Still doesn't work. Please provide some help

I have the same problem  (iPhone Xr/Spotify Premium - Philippines)

and my mom’s phone is having the same issue (iPnone 6S/Spotify Premium - Philippines)

A song will play for about 8 seconds then it skips to the next track or just straight up won’t play or it’ll forcefully closes the now playing sheet. Sometimes the song will play until the end. It happens whether or not a song is downloaded for offline playback.
