Spotify Mobile works on wifi but not on 3G

Hi everybody,

some days ago I bought a premium account. On my iMac spotify is working very well, but not on my iPhone 4. It works if is on wifi and not on 3g. For example, if I open the app on wifi, i switch on 3g and I come back to the app it will crash 😞 When I'k on 3G the app just opens and shut down after 1/2 seconds 😞

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Have you tried reinstalling Spotify? Try syncing the playlits you want on your iPhone, then enabling offline mode via settings>Playback and see if it crashes when you go out of wifi range.

Hi Anthony,

I have already reinstalled spotify three times but no changes. I did what you said but when I go out of wifi and I come back on 3g app crashes! It's really annoying 😞
