Spotify Premium doesn't work!

Hi! My songs cut off in the middle and after looking at the Spotify Community posts I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That made things worse! Now I can't play any music at all and I've already reinstalled multiple times. Please help!!!

Hi Germaine, what platform/OS are you using? Is this happening over WiFi or data connection? On one device or on all of your devices?

I suggest you try restarting your internet connection (if using WiFi) by turning your modem/router off and on again. If using data connection, turn off your mobile/tablet, wait about a minute or two and turn it back on. You may wanna try a few other websites too to see if they load properly.  If you're still having trouble, get in touch with support here.

Hi! My internet connection is working fine and the problem persists on both wifi and data. I'm only using Spotify on my iPhone right now.

Looks like your phone gets clogged with unwated files and memory hogs. Try cleaning out the caches on your iPhone:

  1. Press Settings > Safari.
  2. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
  3. Tap Clear History and Data.
  4. Proceed to Clear.

Then restart your iPhone and do a quick reinstall.


If still doesn't work, free up some memory on your phone.

  1. Tap Settings > General usage
  2. Tap Manage Storage.
  3. Tap an item in Documents and Data.
  4. Slide unwanted items to the left and tap Delete.
  5. Tap Edit > Delete All to remove all the app's data.

Try updating your OS.
