Spotify Premium songs stops ~10 seconds in on cellular

This has been happening for awhile, were certain songs in my playlist will just freeze ~10 seconds in. It's terrile annoying when I search for the song and it just freezes no explanation. I am running the latest iOS and the latest spotify update. I have talked to others and they all are on T-mobile so maybe its an issue with that i dont know. Any help would be appreciated.

Unless you have a high data allowance I would use offline mode or a wifi connection when possible, but it sounds like throttling or some kind of restriction from t-mobile. i would check with them first.
