Spotify go to offline if i use mobile internet.

If I use mobile internet my spotify go to offline mode. But offline mod it off. In this case a can't use search without wi-fi, I can't dowload music without wi-fi. Please help me ))))

Let's try to fix your problem! 🙂

Can you look for me if you have mobile internet enabled for spotify. To check this follow the following steps:

1. Please go to Settings->Mobile network

2. Scroll down and look for the Spotify app

3. If the switch is disabled, enable it and you problem is fixed. Otherwise let me know and we will look for an other solution.
