Spotify always offline when connected to Car Play

Hi Everyone,

Every time I plug my phone into my car and connect via Car Play, I always get the offline message displayed and am not able to stream even though I am connected to the internet. I have tried a clean reinstall, updating both my iPhone and Car Play interface. The problem started when I got my new iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Any ideas?
