Spotify can't play offline

Hello, I'm a premium user but my spotify just won't play offline in my iPod, but it works fine at my Android phone. I already turned on the offline mode but I still can't play music from my iPod. Can somebody help me with this? Thank you

Have you tried using the "download" button on the playlist? Offline mode only works with playlists that you have specifically downloaded. You can also change the quality under the streaming settings. Keep in mind that in order for a playlist to update with new songs, you'll need to go back online even if you're on wifi.
