Spotify cant find my apple watch Device

My Question or Issue

why sportify cant stream or detect my apple watch? I saw on youtube video it suppose to have the watch logo at bottom right on the apple watch but it seems only showing my phone logo only.. I want to stream in the apple watch because I want to connect to my Airpod pro and leave my phone while I'm jogging or workout.. 

I have been try to reinstalling the apple more than 4 times but the problem still persist. any one can help me on this

I am having the same issue and have unpaired/paired, uninstalled/installed. Would love to be able to run and listen to Spotify without my phone. I have free version of Spotify
