Spotify connect not working without Wifi

Hi,

I can no longer connect to other devices I had previously connected without Wifi . 

Last week, for example, I was connected through cellular data and was able to select my speaker from home . I can no longer do that, only if I am on wifi . Has this feature been removed ?
