Spotify connect won’t work

Hi, I’m unable to use Spotify connect with my Sonos speakers. The issue only occurs with my Spotify account. I have other users in my household with Spotify who are able to use Spotify connect on the same Sonos system.
I have tried from multiple devices, macOS , iPhone and iPad.

Hi there @hadsnz!

Have you tried these steps to see if it helps? Also, could you try using a hotspot on your LTE/5G connection to check if the issue persists?
