Spotify crashing on iphone

My problem is spotify crashes when I play a song. It plays for a second then the app closes. I've been a premium user for almost a year and never had this problem can anybody help?

I've just updated my phone to iOS 9.3.5 but I have the same problem as before, I have tried the other steps you suggested also.

I am having a similar problem. After 20-30 second of the app being open it crashes. I am on iOS 10.2.1 iPhone 7 and Spotify 7.8.0. I am also a premium member

Hey! I had this happen to me for a while a few weeks ago 😞 some things I did to troubleshoot were
1. Make sure Spotify is up to date
2. Make sure your phone is up to date
3. Delete and reinstall Spotify
4. Restart your phone
5. Hold down the power button until it says shut off, then hold down the home button
6. Backup and restore your phone
