I am a new subscriber to the premium/family account but cannot get the extra accounts to work - invitations are sent to email addresses but when they try to log-in it does not work with an answer 'either there is a problem or you are not signed up to premium'  Is there a way to restart the whole process ??

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this:


If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
