ipod 4th gen + car radio

hi, i have an ipod 4th gen and an hyundai i30 2011/2012 with the basic sound system.

it has an specific plug for ipod, with the ipod player i can switch song to next and previous.

but when i'm using spotify as the player on ipod, even when i hit the next or previous button the song on the playlist always go back (previous). i cant move foward.
