Spotify is still frozen

I am having trouble with my spotfiy on my mobile (iphone 4S), it started after I updated my iphone or spotify, I can´t remember quite right. Can anyone help me with this problem that I am having? It is just freezeing and I cant do anything, have tried to reinstall it 5 times now.

Have you tried turning the device off and then back on?

Yes I have tried that 3 times. 

first I removed spotify from my iphone then turned the phone off and on. 3 times.
