Spotify jumps to weird song all The Time

Hi,

my spotify keeps on Jumping to The Next Song After ~30 seconds. After One or two jumps it Always end up Playing The song ive Posted in The screenshot completely. Never heard anything like that. In Addition to this there is a „chrome Web Player“ displayed which i dont use.

I tried logging out of all devices, changing password, and i already changed my wlan password and reinstalled The App. Nothing changed. Please help!
