Spotify keeps switching to Radio

Sometimes it randomly, in the middle of a song, skips a few songs and then switches from the previous playlist I've listened to, to radio instead. Is there a way to fix this?

To start with, can you make sure that there's no old cache files that be causing this by following the steps here?

To be on the safe side, can you follow the steps here to make sure there's no unauthorized activity on your account?
