Spotify local files show up on iPhone but not on computer

I have local files downloaded to my computer for a playlist that I want to make. This playlist has been working fine for about a month, and I have the files downloaded on my phone and the playlist works fine there as well. However, today some of the files started appearing greyed out and don't even show up in the local files section on the computer. I have tried deleting and redownloading the files, switching where the app imports local files from, and tried deleting the local-files.bnk thing, but that keeps redownloading. They are completely fine on the phone. I know people have had similar problems but I haven't seen anyone who's local files show up on their phone and not their computer.
