Spotify not downloading on iPhone 7

My Question or Issue

I’ve recently got a new phone and transferred everything to my

new iPhone 7, Well I tried to download Spotify but it wouldn’t work. I click the cloud and it loads, but doesn’t download. I’ve gotten actually upset. It’s just Spotify. I love this app and want to use it. If you could please help me with this issue it would be very appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app?

If that doesn't help, could you let me know your iOS version of your iPhone 7?
