Spotify not loading on iPhone

Hello! If anyone else is having this problem and know the fix please replay, thanks in advanced 🙂
Spotify hasn't work on my wifi for the longest time, it takes about a minute or 2 to load on my wifi network for some reason and on my LTE it works just fine. If anyone is wondering I have a netgear router.

I'm having the same problem sometimes except that it's just not loading anything even with wifi. how are you supposed to troubleshoot something like that?
