Spotify on connected drive

Everyday since tree years, I use the Spotify app on my BMW 320dxdrive with the connected drive service. I've got an iPhone 6s with iOS 10.3.3. My vehicule is up to date (MN - TN 003.003.001). Sometimes, i've got issue with the connexion wich forces me to unplug and reconnect the phone. The connexion is not really stable yet...

But, since a few mouth, i can't use the physical bouton on my car to scroll on a song. The rewind and fast forward fonction still not work. I can only use these two bouton to change tracks...
