Spotify pauses every 30 seconds

My spotify keeps pausing every 30 seconds on both IOS and Windows PC, I did a clean reinstall from the instructions here, removed app access to everything including discord, signed every device out and changed the password. It still keeps happening on any device. The only thing I have seemed to find is that turning on private session stops it from pausing.

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you clear this issue and get the playback working properly.

When this happens, does anything appear in the Connect list? Perhaps one of your own devices has some sort of issue influencing the playback. 

On another note, does this happen on different networks, both Wi-Fi and mobile data? If you haven't tested this, please do so. If you use any kind of VPN, disable it's likely to interfere with server connection and therefore the playback as well.

It stopped pausing today for some reason. It was happening for the whole last 2 days on both WIFI and Mobile data, both in my car or on my pc. I'm trying to recreate it by adding back the discord connection and everything else but it works normally now, no pausing.
