Spotify plays music as soon as I lock my iPhone.

When Spotify is open on my iPhone it plays music as soon as I lock the phone. Even if I go into the app, press pause, go back to the home screen and then lock the phone it will play the music. The only way to stop this is by fully closing the app.

That doesn't sound cool.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

I’m having this problem too. Noticed it a few days ago.

Reinstalling the app is hardly a great solution is it means I’ll need to manually go through and download every album and playlist one at a time again (a task that takes awhile). Not to mention I’ll need to wait the days for Spotify to actually download the music regardless of my gigabit internet.

Any other ideas?
