Spotify premium dosen´t work offline

I live in Sweden, I´ve got a spotify premium, when I was on vacation in Spain I tried to download a gift card (value 300 SEK) but when I tried to listen to music offline it didn´t work. Now I no longer can access my account  through with the card number and pin code on the gift card. Was this because I was in a foreign country? Is there anything I can do to fix this problem

I can see that you have accidentally redeemed that Gift Card as Unlimited rather than Premium but don't worry, just follow the steps on this page and that will be corrected.
