Spotify premium

Hi, can someone help me activate Spotify premium? I have paid for the first month and I am not able to activate premium mode on my account. It keeps telling me that I need to sign up for premium. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Me too!  THe money has come out of my account already and everything.  Everything I try to do it says I need to upgrade to a premium account.  Plus I'm still hearing commercials.  Why is it impossible to get help from anyone with Spotify?!  There is no 1800 number or anything that I see.  I've tried sending an email too, to no avail of course.
