Spotify sound quality bad on iPad Air 2

Hello.

Ever since the iOS 10.3.2 (and now 10.3.3) update, the sound quality I'm getting from Spotify seems to be rather bad through earphones on my iPad Air 2.

What I've done to try fix this issue:

• Gone to Accessability in iTunes and made sure "Mono sound" is not ticked.
• Made sure both streaming and downloaded songs are at 'Extreme' quality.
• Tried other earphones.

Has any one else noticed this, and if so, have you been able to solve it?
