Spotify stops playing after two minutes

No matter what album or playlist I select, I can only listen to the first track, and it will only play for about two minutes before it stops. The numbers continue to move, but there is no music coming from the speakers. If I select any other track in an album or playlist, nothing happens. I can only select the first track to listen to the first two minutes over and over.
