Spotify to working on my iPad

Spotify to working on my iPad

I downloaded the app, had the trial and all was all sweet, I it played the music just fine and everything.

The trial ended so I went to pay for the unlimited, payment went through and it was sweet.

But now even though I've payed for it it's saying thatI can'do listen to music on my device, that I have to get premium to stream music..

I duno if it's thePapp going spastic on my iPad or what, cause it was working fine before..

Try logging out and back in to Spotify on your iPad and then see if it recognizes your premium subscription.

If not:

Spotify can help you with this if you contact them directly.

A reply may take some time due to a heavy amount of emails.

Contact Spotify by using the link below which requires sign in:

http://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

From the dropdowns select one that matches your situation.

In the message box explain your situation.

Hopefully Spotify can fix this quickly. :smileyhappy:

Hi RachelNZ - In order to keep using Spotify on your mobile devices a Premium subscription is needed. Currently you're just on the Unlimited subscription.

You can make that upgrade instantly via your subscription page. This site here helps explain each of our subscriptions by comparing your three options side-by-side.

Yeah, the mobile apps require a premium subscription. I misread your post and I thought you had premium.
