Wadia docking for Ipod

Does anybody have an idea whether Wadia accesses the offline Spotify playlists on an Ipod touch, even if the songs are not purchased?

I have tried out the combination Wadia170i, and Ipod touch (latest generation), and it works just fine, not only the music library but also the radio function. Even the remote control of the Wadia is functioning on the Ipod.

One negative point however: to avoid interruptions (which regularly happen with on line streaming), I need to download the playlist off line...So far, the overall experience is positive. All at once, one has a massive music library at disposal on the hifi (combination of Quad 909 and Bose 901).
