My Question or Issue

I have been trying to watch a podcast(JRE) but only the audio plays and I see no option for video. I have done a clean reinstall and check all settings and set them to what they are suppose to be for video and still nothing has changed. What do I try now?

Is this situation the same for Australia?

Likewise, I can’t watch JRE video on Spotify, I can only hear the discussions, yet I can watch the video on my iPhone.

My Question or Issue

No matter what I do, video refuses to show on my spotify account across all devices. When I go onto a separate account, the videos work fine but on my account, they don't show at all. I've tried absolutely everything and it just doesn't work. It's been like this since I opened the account two years ago am I'm just so tired of it. I would open a new account but this one is linked toy personal Google and Samsung account so I don't know what to do at this point. The thumbnails of the episodes show but when I click on them, It's just the account profile picture with subtitles. I've attached what it looks like on my phone as well.

 It just shows as a podcast even though it's meant to be an episode and it's like this for all episodes on the app as well. I really need to get this fixed so please help me 🙏
