Spotify won't let me log in on my iPhone

I haven't had Spotify on my phone for a while now but I've recently downloaded it again and every time I go to log in it shows me this pop up

If you created your account through Facebook, just tap the Log In with Facebook button.

If you created your account with your email address, you'll then need to use your Spotify username and not your email address 🙂

Hey there!

From that error message, it looks like you're trying to create a new account rather than log in, even though the screenshot clearly shows the login screen.

With that in mind, have you tried logging into Spotify with a difference device, such as a tablet, laptop, or desktop, to make sure that you are indeed unable to access your account?

If the problem continues to persist after trying that, maybe try logging in to your Spotify Account on the official website.
