Starred playlist download in 0.6.0

I have just updated my iPad and my iPhone to the 0.6.0 update. I logged back in and noticed that you can no longer download your starred playlist. I have over 1223 songs in this playlist and now it's down to only 122 local files. This is ridiculous. I stopped using iTunes or any kind of media player because of this playlist alone. It contains all the music I have liked for the last 3 or 4 years.

If this feature has been taken out, why didn't it say in the "New features" synopsis on the App store? If it hasn't been taken out, why can I no longer download it? Is it just a bug?

I am not happy in the slightlest.

I am an idiot. My bank refused the payment to Spotify because they are stupid. Unfortunately, I don't own a computer so didn't get any kind of warning about payments.
