Starting a song, short loop in the beginning

Hello. 

I started getting this issue today on my iPhone. 

It just plays the first second on repeat. 

On my PC I have started getting the "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it."

I've moved you post to a separate thread, as your issue is a bit different.

Since you just started having issues with playback on two separate devices, this could be related to your account or your network. In order to get to the bottom of what can be causing these issues can you please check the following:

• Log in with a different account on your iPhone and your PC and check whether the looping and the error message comes up.
• Connect your devices to another network to check if it's a network issue. You can create a WiFi hotspot from your phone for this purpose.
