Stops synching at 2 minutes

I am goin' on a trip tomorrow and I need to download music , right ? So I start downloang a playlist but after 2 minutes in locked mode it stops. Why ?!?!?! I mean I wanna sleep and let it download when I'm in never-neverland , I cant be on the phone every moment. Are there a way to turn this feature ?

Notification it gives : "spotify stopped synching because it wasnt used for a while." At least something like that , I use on my language.

you could always keep it unlocked and flip the screen downface so it doesnt keep you up.

Disable Auto-Lock Mode iPhone
You can go to your iPhone Settings and set the Auto-Lock mode to "Never" - so that your device won't go to standby mode.

Set the amount of time before iPhone locks
Go to iPhone Settings > General > Auto-Lock and choose “Never"

This gotta do I think , thanks dude. But why this feature of spotify exists anyway ?

@Deadfool The Apple iPhone OS will shut off applications after it is not used for more than 15 mins. So that's why the Spotify message appears.
