stuck downloading 0 of 1, and I went through all playlists and nothing is being downloaded. Unable to download anything new. Tried on wifi and on 5g at 700+ mbs.

Could you try performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here? Did this bring any change?
How does the app behave on a different device and with a different account? How much free space do you have left on your phone?
