Subscribed, still not active on my Iphone

Subscribed, still not active on my Iphone

I just purchased Spotify Premium and it acknowledges that I purchased it in my account settings. It gave me a confirmation number but I forgot to screenshot it. I didn't get my receipt via email. My iPhone app still is telling me I need to upgrade to utilize on demand features and on my desktop it is still showing the Upgrade option icon.
I have attached the screen shot.

Solve it fast.
