Sync Help!

Hi am looking for some help am trying to sync local files to my iphone 4 I make a playlist set it to offline and set it syncing but when I look at the files offline on the iphone out of the 15 tracks only 6 appear they're not even listed, they appear in my list on the pc but not on the phone what am I doing wrong?

You normally need to sync those local files over to your device by connecting your iPhone and your PC to the same WiFi network (so you can see your iPhone under "devices" on the left of the PC Spotify).
