Synch local files with iPhone

Hi!

I'm having issues of synching local files from my Windows 10 with my iPhone 6S. I was always able to do it in the past, but now I have a simple problem.

I find my local files in Spotify and put them into a playlist. The playlist shows up in my iPhone app, but shows no tracks. Then all the guides say to enable the "make available offline" option at the top of the playlist on the laptop.

In the past, I remember there was such an option. Now, I only see a "Download" option at the top of my playlist (containing my local files), which does not make any sense as they are already on the laptop.

I attached a screenshot of my playlist. Can anybody help me with this?

Hey @Flomax190,

You need to download the local file playlist in order to use it. We suggest that you put your local files in another folder on your PC, use that folder as a source, and then download the playlist on your phone. Keep in mind that they need to be connected to the same WIfi. 

If that doesn't work, get back to us with a full screenshot and we'll have a closer look.
