Synching to Iphone

My account got deactivated and I reactivated the account. Now I am trying to synch everything to my phone and I receive an error message that says it can only synch local files. 

To members of the community: If you can help that would be great and I appreciate your input
To spotify: This is incredibly frustrating. I have noticed many other users are having the same exact issue. Given that we are premium users, and paying for the service, I think this transition should be a lot more seamless. Currently, as it is, it is too complicated.
