Trouble syncing non-local files for offline play on iPhone 5

I am a Premium user, with the latest version on the PC and iPhone 5 and the phone is up to date with it's iOS. My trouble is that I am unable to sync playlists for offline listening. I have tried logging out and logging back in, making sure the PC and iPhone were logged in using Facebook and on the same wifi (which I know is only necessary for local files, but I'm desperate), ensured I didn't have "Use 2G/3G" selected, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, made sure I didn't have auto-lock on, made sure I was plugged into my charger, and have restarted my phone multiple times. That was everything I could find on the community. The playlist I am attempting to sync is 370 songs big, so within the limit. Only the first dozen or two songs will sync, then the syncing will just get hung up on a song and no matter how long I let it sit, it won't sync the rest of the playlist.

Unfortunately, this sounds like you are experiencing the bug described here.
