Spotify dont edit/change anything to do with content which they get from the record labels, so it must have been provided like that! 

I notice the full version is listed under "Additional Tracks" on the album. Track link is: Bonobo – Flutter

Just tried this, appears that one is short too even though it reports being longer! #what? 

You can report any content errors/issues such as these directly to the Spotify content team using the instructions outlined in this topic and they can investigate a little further with the label!
