Syncing local files to iphone isn't working

Hello!

I have a problem with syncing local files. I've created a new playlist with local files on my computer and downloaded it. Then I tried to download it on my Iphone 7 (using same WIFI and having Spotify opened on my computer), and it wasn't downloading, just "waiting to download". I have added a normal song to this playlist and it has downloaded easly, but the local file didn't. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
