The Cast does not work on iphone,

I tried 2 different phones, the cast function does not see my google devices (and Alexa fire TV) It prompts me to connect to the internet, but I am already connected, I have to turn wifi off and on to see the list of cast devices for few seconds, then it disappears again,
more info: if connect and cast with laptop it works, and i can move back and forward in the music. but from phone app It does not detect my music is playing already.
Voice commands to google assistant still work without problem but I don't see it in the phone app.

Assuming you're logged in with the same account, as you've tried with multiple devices but the issue seems to persist only with mobile ones, this might be related to your internal Spotify cache or some other account issue that is preventing your mobile devices from communicating with the servers.

We can try to manually trigger a sync of your settings first. 
To do so, log out and back into the mobile app twice in a row.

If that doesn't help, we could check if this is account-related in some way.
To do so, as we don't have access to your accounts from the forum, please get in touch with our support folks so that they can take a look if something is off.

In case they cannot help you out, we'll take another look at what can be done here & potentially alert the right tech folks if the need arises.
