The app says no internet connection - but there is internet

My Question or Issue

My phone works fine and I have an internet connection (5G) but Spotify is acting like i don't. Only downloaded songs are available. Have tried restarting my phone, close and open the app, tested on wifi and 5G, nothing works.

It seems like you have tried some of the basic troubleshooting steps already. Here are a few things that I'd recommend:

1. Clear the cache of the Spotify app.
2. Disable any VPN/DNS/AdBlocker service if active.
3. Perform a clean-install of the Spotify app using this guide.
4. Log out and log into another Spotify account to check if this is account specific.
5. Check if the issue persists on your account on other platforms like Spotify for Desktop.

Thanks! Turns out, The toggle for deactivating the internet to save power was on 🙃 So probably my own fault!
