The songs stops halfway through

The songs stops halfway through and more often than that. Not all the time, but most of the time. It has not been like this before, only long some time long time ago.

(I use iPhone 3G. It never happens on my Macbook Air.)

Are you streaming from spotify or listening to offline music?

@Fillinule Spotify is heavily dependent on your internet connection, unless if you are a Spotify Premium customer and you see a green dot with available offline checked.

Perhaps if this happens really often to you, you might want to reinstall the app entirely (delete and install again from app store to clean the cache) and try again.
