This song will not work...

I tried to listen to 'Sign of the Times' by Harry Styles but it will not work. I woke up Friday morning, it worked; it worked on repeat till about 2pm and then after that it was just grey and would skip to some random song (I do not want to listen to Happy by Pharrell. I want to listen to Harry Styles's only single). I want to listen to SOTT but I am not able to and the fact others can not also is sabtogating the young man's charts. It is unfair to us, the listeners, and to Harry, the artist. Please fix this technical issue–it will not work even if I delete and reinstall the app. You know what is funny? Only Harry's song will not work while the Chainpeople's album works (what kind of sorcery is this?). Why? Please fix this. I want to listen to SOTT, and I believe there is many fans who want to stream. Thank you, I hope you understand my concern and are able to fix this.
