Tracks Disappearing from My Music

Recently when I've saved tracks or albums to My Music, they only stay there for a short time before disappearing, like I never added them. Even those that I save offline are somehow disappearing off my device. My subscription is up to date and I have enough storage on my phone. I know there is a limit for offline downloading but I have not reached that. Is there a limit for how many songs can be in the My Music section? Even online ones? Or is it simply a glitch in the app?
