Trouble syncing certain playlists with my iphone 4s

Hi, I'm a Spotify premium user and I'm having trouble syncing certain playlists to my phone. When  I try to sync some of them a red exclamation mark appears and doesn't let me sync them. I deleted the Spotify app off my phone and re-installed it, and playlists that were sunk fine before are appearing with the red exclamation mark problem now. I think it may be because I'm past the limit of how many soings I can sync with my phone, but I'm not sure. Any help?

For me and others, it was just a storage capacity issue.
